About the Company:

This company consist of a small team of Paediatric SLTs who are approachable, friendly and supportive. They each work their own caseloads flexibly, seeing 3 to 5 cases per day. This company are very open minded to new approaches and ideas and are heavy believers in creating a happy working environment.

About the Role:

This is a mixed post working in both the community and in schools. No two days are the same as you will be working in two different schools on 2 days and the other 3 days will be delivering one to one sessions at the children’s homes. 90% of your day will be hands on, face to face therapeutic activities that you autonomously 43deliver in your own dynamic approach.

This role does not require you to hit a number of reports or targets per week, but instead values the outcome and difference you have made to the Childs life; putting the Childs heart at the very core of the companies ethos.

Requirements:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist
• RCSLT and HCPC registered
• A full clean driving license and use of a car
• Experience and a desire to work with children in education settings and family homes
• Experience and a desire to carry out assessments and write detailed and thorough reports
