Experience Required:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy
• Athletic background
• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in sports/orthopedic PT, but recent graduates with a strong athletic background and solid references are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary, anticipated range is $85K – $115K + benefits, with an additional bonus structure starting at 80% utilization. 35 treatment hours per week.
• 17 days PTO starting immediately, with 5 additional days after 5 years.
• 6 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
• Health insurance 100% covered on an HMO plan, with options to upgrade coverage, add vision or dental, and/or enroll dependents at personal cost.
• $2,500 annual stipend for continuing education. Access to the Gray Institute course library at no cost, with mentorship hours available for those pursuing a manual therapy fellowship.
• Immediate eligibility for a SIMPLE retirement plan with a 4% match.

• Build relationships and develop referral sources through regular interactions with doctors, their office staff, personal trainers, coaches, athletic clubs, run crews, youth sports leagues, etc. Strong communication and networking skills are essential.
• Participate in clinical staff education, meetings, and improvement programs.
• Stay current on therapeutic treatment trends and share knowledge with clinical staff.
• Be a positive, passionate, and reliable team player with no room for ego.
• Contribute ideas and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
• Balance hard work with personal athletic pursuits. Share your racing and training experiences with patients, and they will cover entry fees for any races or competitions you participate in.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans addressing functional limitations. Utilize full-body and movement assessments to identify dysfunction, relieve pain, and create preventative plans.
• Apply manual therapy and other therapeutic techniques as needed.
• Advise patients on activities, treatments, and opportunities to support recovery and ongoing wellness with empathy and encouragement.
• Empower patients to advocate for their own recovery.
• Maintain trusted relationships with doctors and referral sources through consistent outreach and progress reports.
• Ensure smooth clinical operations by adhering to established procedures.
• Maintain relationships with current and former patients.
• Complete and submit patient documentation within 24 hours.
• Support the growth and visibility of the facility’s brand.
• Participate in events, workouts, and workshops.
• Pursue additional certifications and continuing education that inspire and excite them.
