As the Director of Area Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall operation, management, and clinical integrity of our programs. Your Mission: As the Director, you will lead the charge in planning, developing, and implementing services that truly make a difference. Your analytical problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication will be invaluable in establishing guidelines, policies, and procedures for client care. Working closely with the Executive Team, you will oversee the budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility while championing the quality of care provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Compassionate Leadership: Your leadership extends beyond administrative tasks. You will hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a team that shares your commitment to excellence. As a member of the Management Team, your collaboration with the VP of Community Based Services will contribute to the overall success of the agency, shaping the planning and development of new programs and services.
Clinical Excellence: Ensure the adequacy, appropriateness, and quality of client care, adhering to standards and regulations set forth by state agencies. You will oversee diagnostic evaluations, the case review process, and implementation of UR findings. Your role includes developing and monitoring quality clinical performance indicators and leading the QA process for the Northeast area.
Qualifications for Success: To succeed in this role, you bring a wealth of experience as a licensed psychologist, social worker, or mental health professional. Your five years of full-time supervised clinical experience, including two years in an administrative capacity, will be complemented by an additional two years of full-time clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting. You maintain clinical licensure and possess a minimum of five years of experience in personnel and fiscal management.
