Role: Clinical Psychologist

Salary: Up to 8B Depending on experience

You will support clinical team working, both direct interventions and the delivery of group programmes. Implementing a range of psychological interventions for individuals, adjusting and refining psychological formulations drawing upon different explanatory models and maintaining a number of provisional hypotheses.

Responsibilities

• Assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments. Delivering high quality 1:1 assessments and treatment to patients
• Support the clinical team to develop new initiatives and ways of working
• Develop and manage groupwork programmes and innovative therapeutic approaches
• Support and develop staff training
• Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• HCPC registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologists
• Experience working with Eating disorders and trauma
• Clear understanding of risk assessment/management tools and formulation
• Experience working with Young people and Adolescents
