Location: Remote

Salary: 55k – 60k

 

Take a Seat is working with a leading provider of online ASD assessment services, and is seeking experienced ADOS/ADI-R/3DI trained assessors to join their dedicated team. Our client is passionate about working in a person-centred and holistic way to help individuals gain a better understanding of their condition and reach their full potential. Responsibilities:

As an Autism Assessor at Take a Seat, your key responsibilities will include:

 

Conducting Comprehensive Autism Assessments: Utilise our advanced online platform to conduct thorough Autism assessments remotely, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

Administering and Interpreting Assessments: Utilise appropriate assessments, questionnaires, and interviews to gather relevant information, helping to assess the presence and severity of ASD symptoms based on standardised criteria.

Collaborating with Clients: Working in a person centred way, establish rapport with clients and work collaboratively to obtain a detailed history, understand their specific concerns, and gather necessary information for a comprehensive assessment.

Providing Diagnostic Reports: Generate clear and concise diagnostic reports that outline findings, recommendations, and treatment options, ensuring clients receive the information they need to make informed decisions.

Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed and confidential records of all assessments conducted, ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.

Essentials:

 

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:

 

Professional Registration: You must be registered with a recognised professional body relevant to assessments such as HCPC, NMC, GMC

Qualification: ADOS/ADI-R/3DI trained, Independent Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) qualification (desirable not essential)

Experience in Autism assessments: Previous experience in using ADOS/ADI-R/3DI for assessments is essential, enabling you to confidently assess and evaluate symptoms. At least 2 years post qualification experience.

Remote Assessment Proficiency: Proficiency in working remotely and utilising online platforms for assessment purposes is crucial, ensuring seamless and efficient assessment processes.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships throughout the assessment process.

Attention to Detail: Exhibit a keen attention to detail, enabling you to provide accurate and comprehensive diagnostic reports that capture the nuances of each assessment.

Commitment to Ethics and Confidentiality: Uphold a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism.
