Lead Occupational Therapist

Take a Seat is working on behalf of a private clinic located in a picturesque nature setting near Wolverhampton. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Principal Psychologist to join their team.

As the senior Occupational therapist, you will play a crucial role in conducting assessments, formulations, and ensuring people in your care reach their potential. Additionally, you will be responsible for service and team development, supervising junior staff and reflective practice.

Working within an CAMHS eating disorder service you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals seeking support. With presentations of trauma and autism, you will be robust in your practice ensuring that patients receive high-quality care within an exceptional facility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Hold a recognized qualification in Occupational therapy or equivalent (HCPC registration)
• Possess relevant experience in conducting interventions, assessments, and risk assessments.
• Ability to work effectively and be a leader within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
