Position: Clinical Executive
Location: Houston, Texas
Salary: $160,000 to $200,000
 
About the Role:
As a Clinical Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation requirements, as well as contract compliance. Working as part of the leadership team, you will identify and develop opportunities to enhance and expand current programs and curriculum. Your responsibilities will also encompass oversight and direction for the Foundation’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program through monthly reporting and facility audits. In addition, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs to support the professional development and ongoing training of clinical staff and Interns.
 
Key Responsibilities (without disclosing company name):
  • Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with facility leadership to optimize performance.
  • Provide oversight for quality clinical services and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government and regulatory agencies.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of clinical curricula.
  • Assist in expanding clinical services to meet client needs.
  • Represent the organization at regional or national conferences.
  • Oversee professional development of clinical staff.
  • Support Continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Oversee the Clinical Training Institute permit and program.
 
Qualifications (without specifying the company):
  • Knowledge of complex legislative bodies and agencies.
  • Experience in managing behavioral health programs.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and contract compliance.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • LPC, LCSW, LMSW preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
