The Role:

 

  • To lead and manage a MDT team
  • To market the service to prospective commissioners
  • To manage change within the business
  • To take responsibility for the service and quality standards

Requirements of the Role:

  • Must have worked as a Registered Manager before and have experience of managing a clinical team
  • A clinical qualification or live nurse PIN
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements, legislation and outcomes
  • Experience of MDT collaboration
  • The ability to guide and manage a team
  • Ability to work flexibly and to work unsocial hours when required
  • Ability to fulfill travel requirements when required
