Responsibilities:
As a Program Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their bio psychosocial needs and helping them achieve optimal emotional health through therapeutic treatment skills. Your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting psychosocial evaluations
- Formulating treatment plans
- Providing crisis intervention
- Facilitating family and systems meetings
- Offering psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational groups
- Collaborating with community agencies

- Dual-Diagnosis Unit
- Trauma Unit
- Complex Mental Health Unit
- Older Adults Unit
- Adolescent Unit
Bonus Eligibility:
- Up to $10,000 Bonus for Master’s Prepared, LCSW, LICSW, & LMHC Candidates
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in psychiatric healthcare, with expertise in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and strong clinical assessment skills
- License: Massachusetts State license in social work or clinical-related mental health field preferred (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC)
- Additional Requirements: CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment; willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
