Responsibilities:

As a Program Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their bio psychosocial needs and helping them achieve optimal emotional health through therapeutic treatment skills. Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting psychosocial evaluations
• Formulating treatment plans
• Providing crisis intervention
• Facilitating family and systems meetings
• Offering psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• Collaborating with community agencies

• Trauma Unit
• Complex Mental Health Unit
• Older Adults Unit
• Adolescent Unit

Bonus Eligibility:

• Up to $10,000 Bonus for Master’s Prepared, LCSW, LICSW, & LMHC Candidates

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in psychiatric healthcare, with expertise in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and strong clinical assessment skills
• License: Massachusetts State license in social work or clinical-related mental health field preferred (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC)
• Additional Requirements: CPR certification and management of aggressive behavior training within 30 days of employment; willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
