 $70,000(Bachelor’s Degree) – $76,000 (Master’s Degree)

As a Program Manager with our Out-of-School Time Program, you will lead a dedicated and talented team of Team Leaders, Activity Specialists, Certified Teachers, and Counselors who provide excellent care to 3 – 22 year old children who have Autism and other Developmental Disabilities.

What does a Program Manager do?

Leads the team to provide highest quality of care, interactions, services to very endearing and spirited children.
Helps Direct Support Professionals achieve success in their important work with the children.
Continually evaluate and enhance the program design for ongoing improvement and success.
 

What are the requirements?

You have a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required with a minimum of 5 years of related experience providing team supervision/program management for children who have Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges, or
You have a bachelor’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required with a minimum of 7 years of related experience providing team supervision/program management for children who have Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges
You’re a positive and supportive person.
You have great leadership skills!
