What does a Program Manager do?
Leads the team to provide highest quality of care, interactions, services to very endearing and spirited children.
Helps Direct Support Professionals achieve success in their important work with the children.
Continually evaluate and enhance the program design for ongoing improvement and success.
What are the requirements?
You have a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required with a minimum of 5 years of related experience providing team supervision/program management for children who have Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges, OR
You have a bachelor’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field required with a minimum of 7 years of related experience providing team supervision/program management for children who have Developmental Disabilities and significant behavior challenges
