Physiotherapist (MSK) – Remote Working

We are actively recruiting, talented MSK Physiotherapists, to join one of the UK’s leading Occupational Health Companies, whose mission is to provide, outcome focussed, quality clinical care to their patients. The referrals come from the likes of insurers, OH providers, Primary Care providers and employers.

This company are now one of the last large-scale providers of mental health services to the workplace sector that is still run by clinicians. Being clinically led ensures their values remain focused on the patient, they can do things the right way and never lose sight of the fact that, as clinicians, your primary aim is to help people get better, stay better, and live better. Their clinically driven ethos ensures any commercial considerations do not compromise our patient focus or our clinicians.

In the last 12 months alone, they have spent £4M on our IT systems and will soon be launching a new single interface patient case management system to improve our patient, clinician, and wider admin team processes.

Day To Day:

-Provide accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment

-Classifying presenting clinical musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders into work relatedness

categories

-Provide reports to Management following assessment and at time of discharge indicating

employee’s fitness to work and any adjustments to their role that may be required short

term, long term or permanently

-Lead online exercise classes to rehabilitate employees with musculoskeletal injuries

-Conduct DSE assessments and provide prophylactic advice & provide recommendations to customer as to what changes/equipment are required

-Providing the wider OH team with information regarding any work practice or working

environment changes that are required on a short or long-term basis

-Complete comprehensive assessment and treatment records
