Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• LICSW, LMHC, Psychologist, LCSW licenses required

Duties:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients and families
• Conduct intake and diagnostic assessments
• Develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with other providers
• Complete required documentation
