Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for providing social work services to mental health patients, case management, and collaborating with Behavioral Health teams. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating programs and workshops, as well as Collaborating with elementary school’s & the local community

Qualifications

• Social Work, Medical Social Work, Case Management skills.
• Mental Health, Behavioral Health knowledge.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active license in Boston as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Experience in providing social work and mental health services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competencies.
• Experience in developing and facilitating programs and workshops is a plus.
