Your Impact: As the Lead Inpatient Therapist, you play a pivotal role in setting the standard for care and compassion within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership that Touches Lives: Your commitment to continuity of care will be reflected in the systems you develop to ensure seamless communication with our patients. Guiding our Program Therapists, you will not only assist in patient assignments and group coverage but also provide unwavering clinical support and leadership.

Management with Heart: In your management role, you will ensure the maintenance of accurate legal processes, effective treatment planning, and meticulous monitoring of medical records. Your dedication will be evident in providing adequate supervision, orientation, and ongoing education to our valuable staff members.

Program Planning and Treatment Expertise: Your visionary approach will be showcased in the development and organization of clinical service programs tailored to the unique needs of our patient populations. You’ll actively contribute to the development of goals, policies, and procedures that enhance the quality of our services.

Professional Collaboration with a Personal Touch: As a beacon of professionalism, you’ll participate in committees, collaborate with Utilization Management, and actively engage in the community. Your involvement in business development opportunities and coordination of care will showcase your commitment to the broader well-being of our patients.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Master’s Degree specializing in social work or a clinical-related mental health area is required.
• Experience: Bring your three years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility to contribute to our dynamic team.
• Licensure: Current LICSW, LMHC, CADC, LADC I, LPC, LPCP, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT issued by the State of Massachusetts or eligibility within 90 days of acceptance is preferred.
• Additional Requirements: Your thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC), Department of Mental Health (DMH), and CMS standards, along with OSHA and federal regulatory requirements, will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
