Position: Lead Clinician (PACT)

Location: Bedford, MA

Salary: $80,000

Are you ready to be a driving force in a dedicated team committed to serving individuals with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury, and autism in the community? We are seeking a passionate Lead Clinician for our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Services group. As a Lead Clinician, you will play a vital role in our forty-year legacy of providing recovery-oriented treatment services. Join us, and be a part of a team that values diversity, inclusion, and professional development.

What You Will Do: As a Lead Clinician, you’ll collaborate with our management team to provide supervision to staff, ensuring the delivery of recovery-oriented treatment services to our valued consumers. Your role will encompass supportive psychotherapy, outreach coverage, and maintaining a caseload of consumers receiving outreach services. You may also have the opportunity to attend additional training on topics such as evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and more.

Who You Are: If you hold a Clinical Master’s degree, are a licensed professional (LICSW, LCSW), and have at least two years of experience in the field, we want to hear from you! Your experience in providing supportive psychotherapy to consumers with major mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders is crucial. If you have supervisory experience or are eager to advance your career into a management role, we encourage you to apply. A valid driver’s license, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, is required.

Who We Are: We are more than just professionals; we are a diverse and dynamic team of individuals with varied interests and skills. Whether we’re at work as psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, or direct service staff, we share a common commitment to our mission. Beyond work, we love to hike, bike, craft, read, shop, sing opera, and more. We understand that this is not just a workplace; it’s a community that will mean as much to you as it does to us.

What We Offer: Joining our team comes with an excellent benefits package for both full and part-time staff, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Paid time off benefits include vacation, personal, sick leave, and holidays. We support ongoing professional development through tuition reimbursement, funding for conferences, seminars, certifications, and specialized training. The most significant benefit we offer is the chance to learn and grow together, fostering an environment where everyone’s unique contributions are valued.

Be YOU! We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and diverse environment for our employees and the people we serve. We encourage individuals from diverse backgrounds, including women, communities of color, the LGBTQ community, and people with disabilities, to apply.

Join us and be a part of a team where your passion meets purpose. Your journey begins here – come and make a difference! 🌟
