Advanced Practitioner – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Type: Part-Time or Full-time

Location: Greater Boston Area, Massachusetts

Salary: $105,000 to £125,000

We are currently recruiting an Advanced Practitioner – Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for an industry leader in exceptional community healthcare delivery.

You will provide comprehensive health care for the individuals and family’s across all ages and genders whilst being an integral part of the Primary Care Team (PCT), leader, and engaged team member..

The clinician will exercise individual initiative and independent action to ensure high-quality and comprehensive primary care.

Key Responsibilities

• Integral member of the PCT, focusing on customer service, population management, delegation, and quality initiatives.
• Conducts examinations, diagnoses, and treatment within their discipline’s scope, emphasizing evidence-based medicine and ethical standards.
• Prescribes buprenorphine-containing medications for opioid use disorder patients, seeks consultation when necessary.
• Participates in health promotion, quality assurance, emergency treatment, on-call responsibilities, and compliance with policies and reimbursement plans.

Requirements

• Current NP/PA Massachusetts License.
• Certification in respective specialty.
• Two years working as a licensed NP/PA in an ambulatory care setting; experience in a Community Health Center preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, a plus.
