The Director of Behavioral Health will oversee all behavioral health services, promoting further integration of behavioral health and primary care. They operates two clinical sites and is committed to enhancing integration and coordination between behavioral health and primary care. • Manage daily operations and performance of the Behavioral Health department, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, staff development, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer to restructure the department for enhanced integration of services to better serve patient needs.
• Provide direct outpatient behavioral health care for 28 hours weekly, conducting 7 sessions focused on initial assessment, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and short-term interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, identifying and evaluating complex risk factors, and making appropriate diagnoses when necessary.
