They are looking to speak with Telephone Counsellors in the Manchester and surrounding areas for a fantastic new role.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of individuals and Presentations including at risk
• Clinical Assessments
• Triage to determine the appropriate support
• Record Keeping
• Safe Guarding
• Undertake training to improve skills

Requirements of the role:

• Trained to Level 4 in Counselling
• Minimum 150 hours of supervised hours
• Comfortable working over the phone
• A good communicator
• Solution focused
