Location: Worcester County, Massachusetts
Job Overview:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering services to individuals within primary mental health and substance use disorder populations. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day clinical operations, providing direct supervision to Program Therapists and clinical support staff, and developing schedules for specialized therapies. Operating under licensure, registration, and/or certification, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, rules, and accrediting organizations.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, days scheduled with Management.
- Location: On-site presence required.
- Relocation Assistance provided when applicable, discussed in the interview.
- Salary: $80-95k, based on experience and required license.

Essential Functions:
- Support the Clinical Director in various duties.
- Engage in the development and training of clinical policies and procedures.
- Maintain an efficient clinical organizational structure.
- Provide direct patient services as necessary.
- Complete baseline assessments and discharge summaries.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director in recruiting and interviewing new employees.
- Implement staff schedules and evaluate clinical staff performance.
- Initiate appropriate counseling and disciplinary action for policy infractions.
- Assist in establishing standards for patient care.
- Conduct weekly clinical chart audits and submit reports to Quality Assurance.
- Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations and create growth plans for supervisees.
- Coordinate ongoing provision of Clinical On-Call services.
- Be available for off-hours crisis and disaster response needs.
Preferences:
- Designation as a Qualified Supervisor under licensure.
- Experience with relevant tools or platforms.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family, or a healthcare-related field; required.
- LICSW or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.
