With a diverse and expanding client base that includes employers, insurers, and Occupational Health providers, they deliver high-quality psychological assessment and therapy across various sectors.

They are currently seeking Clinical and/or Counselling Psychologists to join their teams as the business continues to thrive. They prioritize work-life balance and offer a blended approach to work, supporting flexible, remote, and hybrid working options. For those who prefer in-person interactions, they provide opportunities for face-to-face consultations whenever possible, in addition to remote sessions.
The Role
Clinical roles within the organization are highly varied and engaging. In addition to delivering high-quality psychological assessment and treatment to motivated individuals seeking well-being, clinicians have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clinical presentations and contextual factors. As part of their clinical hours, a typical working week may also include the following:
- Developing specialized skills in workplace-focused psychological therapy and delivering training within this context
- Contributing to service development to support further business growth
- Preparing and delivering relevant mental health workshops for key clients
- Participating in individual supervision sessions every fortnight and specially curated weekly team CPD sessions
- Engaging in training, peer supervision, self-care activities, and team business meetings
- Additionally, clinicians will receive support through an annual development plan to help them achieve their long-term career goals.
