Are you a Senior Clinical NeuroPsychologist with a passion for excellence? Lead a compassionate team and make a profound impact on the lives of individuals with brain injuries and their families. You will play a vital role in ensuring the planning and development of innovative clinical services, supporting, and advising clinicians along with our interdisciplinary team. Your expertise is needed to develop our holistic neuro-behavioural services in line with changing clinical and commissioning needs. You would also join the Clinical Executive, an international team of clinicians, who are involved in research and new projects; they share their knowledge and provide support to fellow members, working together to ensure services remain excellent and innovative.
 
Working within a smaller organisation means that decisions can be made more efficiently, enabling you to have a real impact on the direction of services. Our team functions as a supportive clinical family, where collaboration and teamwork are highly valued. You will enjoy good relationships with management within the service, ensuring that your ideas and input are valued and heard.
 
Responsibilities
  • Providing strategic professional leadership to the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust
  • Development of high quality, innovative, and evidence based neuro-psychological rehabilitation practice
  • Providing expert clinical consultation and guidance to clinical neuro-psychologists
  • Supervise doctoral trainees
  • Participate in research for development and implementation of policy for the service system
Requirements
  • Doctorate in clinical psychology accredited by the BPS.
  • HCPC registration
  • QICN qualification in Neuropsychology
  • Clinical supervision training for Doctoral trainees
