The Role

Here at Take a Seat, we speak with mental health professionals on a day to day basis. There continues to be a recurring theme of burn out, feeling unappreciated and lacking a work/life balance. The job can feel thankless and as though you are a number in the machine. This is something that we place of high importance when we partner with mental health treatment providers. This is why we only work with companies who place employee wellbeing at the forefront of their ethics.

We have partnered with a growing company, who work in the digital space. They work in a hybrid setting, allowing for work/life balance and a real switch off from work. They are passionate about reaching out and speaking to clinicians who want to make a change in the community.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team as a CBT Therapist. You would need experience of high intensity work and BABCP accreditation (submission will be considered). There is also future opportunity to progress within the company. They are well known for their learning and development opportunities and are keen to know more about your career goals.
