Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position: Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $76,000

Who You Are:

• You know about behavior or are learning about it.
• Good at figuring out why people behave the way they do.
• Can make plans to help people behave better.
• Familiar with tests like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar ones.
• Worked with young people (21 and under) facing big feelings or behavior issues.
• Good at talking and writing, and you like being part of a team.
• Have a driver’s license and a reliable way to get around.

What You Will Do:

• Visit families and figure out how to help with behavior.
• Make plans to help people learn new behaviors.
• Watch how well the plans are working and make changes if needed.
• Teach and help other staff who work with people.
• Show parents and caregivers how to use behavior plans.
• Work together with a team to help young people.
