Salary: Band 5: LCSW ($55,100-$77,000/year), Band 6: LICSW & LMHC ($66,600-$90,500/year)

About:

Here at Take a Seat we are working with a healthcare practice in Brighton, MA, focused on providing caring and comprehensive services to underserved communities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of around 40 clients weekly, offering therapy for various issues.
• Respond to crisis situations, ensuring appropriate interventions and care plans.
• Attend meetings to improve patient services, contributing ideas for enhancement.
• Assist with data collection and documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Communicate effectively within a diverse team and facilitate referrals for additional services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Massachusetts as a Social Worker or Counselor (LICSW/LMHC/LCSW).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in community health or mental health.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• CANS certification or the ability to obtain it within 60 days.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment methods and community resources.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask.

Clinic Hours: Open 8:30 am-7:00 pm (Mon, Tue, Thu); 8:30 am-5:00 pm (Wed, Fri).
