Be the Beacon of Hope in Emergencies: In critical situations, you’ll perform emergency treatments following established protocols and standards, providing assurance and comfort to our patients.

 

Answer the Call of Duty: As part of our dedicated team, you’ll share “on-call” responsibilities, ensuring that our patients receive care when they need it most.

 

Go the Extra Mile: Your dedication extends to extended access to patient care when it’s required, ensuring that our patients are never left in the lurch.

 

Make a Positive Impact: Your adherence to policies and procedures related to healthcare reimbursement plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and more, will help us provide accessible, quality care to our patients.

 

Are You Ready to Join Our Team?

 

We’re looking for someone who is:

 

  • A licensed NP/PA in Massachusetts with a current certification in their respective specialty.
  • Experienced, with at least two years working in an ambulatory care setting (Community Health Center experience is a plus).
  • Equipped to work both independently and collaboratively within our team.
  • A compassionate communicator, committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment.
  • A time management wizard who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to diversity and cultural sensitivity.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (a bonus).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and, if possible, Epic.
  • Equipped with reliable transportation and a willingness to travel between sites as needed.
  • Committed to compliance training.
